Mr Ng was punctual for his appointment to fix a roof leak problem of mine during MCO. He took necessary steps to ensure minimal contact within the premises during such sensitive time whilst ensuring that the my problem is addressed. But with roof leak problems it will take a couple of days to know if the problem is effectively resolved. Will I recommend his services? Yes because he is totally reliable to turn up for the requested service.

I called HS Roof Repair Solutions yesterday as my toilet cistern was not filling all the time, they booked me an appoinment between 9am-10am. Mr.Ng arrived at 9am prompt and fixed the toilet, he made me aware we had a leak in the bathroom sink, which he also fixed, he then asked if there was anything else he could help with while he was there, our kitchen sink was not draining 100% so he flushed the sink for me as well. They have done another amazing job and I cannot thank them enough for all the help they have provide me. Mr.Ng was very professional, helpful and courteous and gave us an excellent service I would recommend this company to everyone who has any house problems, roof, plumbing etc First class excellent service

Very pleased to have Mr.Ng come round today. In spite of all the difficulties associated with the current coronavirus pandemic, Mr.Ng arrived promptly and identified what work was required straight away. He was able to source required parts quickly in spite of a number of supplier closures and completed the job quickly and efficiently. He was careful to keep his work clean and tidy. Very happy with his work!

i thought we'd bite the bullet and get HS ROOF REPAIR SOLUTIONS in. I guess they are not the cheapest, but good roofer are all similar in price, and they at least come, promptly and do a great job. Definitely getting them to do the rest of the recommendations - NO REGRETS.

Firstly making sure they could get me support when other services were offering emergency bookings days away. Secondly being transparent on the problems and costs beyond the emergency work. Great work and customer service from them both on the phone and onsite. Excellent !

Got the appointment super fast on a Wednesday after contacting them on Tuesday night. Mr.Ng was professional and explained clearly what the problem was and what needed to be done. Very happy with the level of service provided and follow ups as promised as parts had to be ordered.
