HS ROOF REPAIR SOLUTIONS provided an excellent and very professional service at a competitive price. I called and was pleasantly surprised that within 20 minutes of my call the contractor was in my house, had identified the problem and had all the necessary equipment with him. He then had to go and get a new part, but this was done extremely quickly and was not expensive. The person who did the job had good communication skills and is a very professional contractor.

This is a brief review of Mr.Ng whose work was impeccable. He is confident in his roofing and does what he says he will do. There is no pretence and no spin, and he is courteous at all times. He is punctual, and reliable. He is focused, thorough, alert to potential problems, clear in his explanations, and aware of small details.

Had an emergency leak call out that was answered speedily (within 2 hrs) by HS ROOF REPAIR SOLUTIONS. The roofer, Ng, was extremely knowledgable, efficient and courteous throughout. He worked diligently to identify and then fix the issue and kept me up to speed on progress. I had to have a call out at one in the morning. The engineer was understanding of my panic of water pouring through the ceiling and dealt with the problem and organized for another engineer to come in the morning to look at my roof. The second engineer was as lovely as the first one

Ng was superb. Arrived promptly and was more than happy to adhere to my strict mask and no shoes and no touching areas he didn’t need to (gravely ill family member). He was so conscientious and explained everything to me easily. He showed me the problem and went above and beyond with his repair. He even put up with me when I cried with relief that it was a simple repair and didn’t need the whole roof dismantled! Really lovely bloke and now totally agree with what I thought was a bit pricey but now am happy it’s fairly priced! Will use again!

Every job gets done and done properly. We used them for roof repairs over the years when in KL it's close to impossible to get a roofer to come and do a small job. Expensive but super reliable.

An inspection was thoroughly done and was advised to seek a professional to remove a grill to create access to the roof to enable further work to be performed. This has yet to be completed and once done, will consider to engage HS Roof to complete the waterproofing work required.
