I had a blocked kitchen sink that got gradually worse over time despite trying over-the-counter solutions a few times. Today (Tuesday) I had a drainage engineer named Sean come out and fix the underlying issue. This took a couple hours of continuous work. Sean was courteos, helpful, and informative. Thankfully he managed to resolve my problem. Overall very happy with the work and customer service provided by HS and would highly recommend.

Highly recommended. Very sincere and honest company. Thanks to Mr Ng and team that came over to help us to check on our roof piping clogged issue. Although they didn’t manage to fix it as our case required a plumber to change the piping, Mr Ng given us very professional advice and he didn’t charge us a single cents. Really grateful for that.

Si penutup bumbung datang rumah aku pada Ahad dalam masa sejam lepas aku panggil dorang untuk betulkan bumbung. Semua diurus secara professional dan cekap, malah si penutup bumbung keluar beli barang pada hari Ahad tu untuk pastikan segalanya siap dibaiki. Kerja dia memang cun - sangat rekemen.

As it was my first experience with this company and considering that it was an emergency call-out, I was initially a bit anxious, however, on the contrary, I was put at ease and pleasantly surprised. The user-friendly and easy-to-navigate website made the whole process less daunting of a prospect. Aku ada masalah bumbung bocor lama yang banyak. HS Roof Repair Solutions angkat telefon cepat, atur lawatan bila aku nak. Penutup bumbung sampai tepat masa, mesra, terangkan masalah, dan siapkan kerja. Aku baru alami pengalaman buruk dengan tukang-tukang baru-baru ni (lambat, kerja tak kemas, komunikasi teruk), jadi lega gila guna orang yang boleh dipercayai macam ni. Tak semestinya yang termurah, tapi servis yang boleh diharap dan kerja betul-betul siap.

Sean was amazing! He was efficient, honest and made me feel comfortable in the decisions I made and the work he was doing. He is an asset to HS and if we need to use them again, we will be asking for Sean specifically. Service diorang memang power gila, dari respon pantas bila tanya-tanya awal, follow-up bila diorang boleh datang selesaikan masalah, sampai offer nak cepatkan lagi, siap datang awal. Diorang bawa alat sendiri, bagi harga selepas tengok-tengok masalah, jadi kita boleh decide dulu sebelum diorang start. Diorang pun explain apa masalah dia, bagi tips nak elak masalah lagi, estimate kos kalau kena cari orang lain lagi. Diorang pun boleh bagi advice pasal masalah lain, macam mana nak handle, dan cadangkan penyelesaian untuk kita pikir nanti.
